Hey I’m Jess and as a born again Christian I offered to do a review of Christian Dating Sites for Jackie. First off I’ll give you a little background info on my beliefs: Over the last few years things have changed rather a lot in my life, I’ve grown up, gone crazy, calmed down, gained weight, lost it, gone crazy and finally calmed down again, into a peaceful and promising place. The most prominent change however is that of my spiritual life. I have been a Christian from a young age, although most people wouldn’t know it considering my behavior over the years. There are a number of reasons for this and I guess adolescent rebellion is one of them. Regardless, times they are a changing and I have returned to my Christian roots, which in all honesty makes drink superfluous and renders me more secure and happy than I have been or felt in years. By no means am I suggesting I am now perfect, far from it. I am 5 foot whatever of pure daftness in human form! Also I will confess to having a mouth like a sewer sometimes - how rude - She’s a Christian?! Say what now? Yup yup yup she is….Now, going to Maccy Ds doesn’t make you a hamburger…nor does going to Church make you a Christian…So what the Dickens does!?……Well I believe in one God who created everything, who had one divine Son, who died for my misbehavior (much of which I am sure you can relate to), and rose again on the third day so that with repentance and forgiveness, I can go to heaven when I eventually kick the proverbial bucket!!! Believing this means that I should behave according to what the Bible says…and I think if I had truly been doing this over the years I would have upset less people and been a much happier bunny lol! I believe that the Bible was written by men but inspired by God…. (Think God, a Dictaphone and the John of the gospels….well almost like that) …..Anyway I endeavor to be truer to what I believe from now on….which translates to those of you who know me….. as less of a jerk…..And as I have found happiness within my spiritual life, I really want to find someone who shares my love of Christianity and will live a happy and fulfilling life with me & sometime in the not too distant future our children! Oooh don’t run scared, I’m in no rush! Honest lol. So as a modern gal, I’m choosing to venture into the online world of internet datedom and see what beauties I can find. I like a man with humor in his communication so this should be a good way to suss out the duds from the studs.

First off I signed up to ChristianCafe.com and I’m really very impressed. It is 100% a true Christian site and they are truly committed to the Christian faith. ChristianCafe.com offers a good trial membership which lasts ten days and is fully functional, there are no different levels that you have to then sign up to, during the ten day trial you can try out every aspect of the site and can begin searching for your soul mate as soon as you sign up. Every aspect of the site other than the chat rooms but that is because free members have abused the chat rooms in the past so unfortunately ChristianCafe.com now has to adopt this policy to ensure the site upholds its excellent reputation.

You can search for singles by region, age and Christian faith to narrow down your search. When searching, the profile pictures enlarge when you hover your mouse over them, you can also see who has viewed your profile, which is pretty cool, although keep that in mind when you are checking out other profiles. You can also see if the messages you have sent have been read yet. The chat rooms are a very open and inviting forum for singles to drop in and engage in conversations. Overall the site is a laid back atmosphere full of true faithful Christians.

After reading some background info, I discovered that the owner of ChristianCafe.com is known to be a good Christian and a good natured person. I would definitely recommend you sign up to the trial just to check it out, whether you continue with a membership or not.
